Need a hand connecting or reporting a problem? Email us, or send a bug report from the app.
- Open the menu (three dots, top right)
- Tap Report Bug to email us, or Diagnostic Log to copy the connection log first
Connect
Put your phone on the same Wi‑Fi as the ATEM. CoreSwitch can find the mixer on the network, or you can type the IP yourself — port 9910 is the usual default. Your last address is saved for next time.
Requirements
For switching
- A Blackmagic ATEM on your local network
- Android phone or tablet on the same Wi‑Fi / LAN
- Network access to the mixer (port 9910 is the ATEM default)
For Touch Multiview
- Windows 10/11 PC with the ATEM on USB
- Free Multiview Bridge
- Windows Firewall allows the Multiview Bridge (ports 8797 and 8798)
Close other controllers
Only one control client should be active. Close ATEM Software Control on the PC while you test the phone.
FAQ
How does the free demo work?
When you connect with no purchase, you get 5 minutes of Basic controls. The banner shows time remaining. After that, controls lock until you upgrade. Disconnect and reconnect starts a new demo session. Connection, settings, and purchase always stay available.
What is included in each plan?
Basic: Program, Preview, CUT, AUTO, FTB, T-bar. Pro adds transitions, keyers, Audio, Output, and Color. Ultimate adds Media, Lower Third, Stream, Macros, and Camera. See the plans on the home page.
Why can’t I pick Windows or Linux theme on my phone?
Those layouts need a tablet-width screen (600 dp or wider). Phones always use Rozha’s Coreswitch layout.
Buttons highlight but the mixer does not change.
Usually another client holds the session, or Wi‑Fi routing is wrong. Close Software Control, stay on the same LAN, and check ⋮ Diagnostic Log. Restore purchases from the Plans dialog if you already paid.
Is CoreSwitch affiliated with Blackmagic?
No. Rozha's Tech is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blackmagic Design.
Privacy
CoreSwitch talks to your ATEM on your local network. It does not require an account.
We collect what we need to run the app and purchases:
- Google Play Billing handles plan purchases. We do not see your full payment details.
- Last switcher IP/port, display preferences, My Mixer layout, and SuperSource / lower-third banks stay on the device.
- If you use Report Bug and include the connection log, that text is sent through your email app to cocrozha@gmail.com so we can diagnose the issue.
- Touch Multiview video stays on your LAN between the Windows PC and the phone.
